Social dance evenings

We have social dancing to recorded music from late September / early October through to May, with a break over Christmas and New Year, and nights off on Bank Holidays.

Our team of MCs recap the dances and are happy to walk them through. See the diary page for the programmes, cribs and videos of the dances.

On social evenings we may start with a new dance that will be taught before the main part of the evening.

Band Nights

We have Band Nights with live music from popular musicians frequently through our dancing year. Band Nights start at 7:30pm and end at 10:00pm. Tea and cakes are usually served.

Other info

There is no need to bring a partner, or to wear a kilt.

It's better to wear flat soft-soled shoes if you do not already have dance shoes.

If you are coming for the first time you're very welcome to just turn up but if you send an email in advance we'll make sure to look out for you.
